Carel Deckers is quality and sustainability advisor at Movares Nederland B.V. and has implemented ISO-14001 certification for Movares in 2010 and in 2011 he has implemented the CO₂Performanceladder of ProRail at level 5. Carel has a lot of experience how to implement quality- and sustainability requirements into the management systems of engineering organizations.

Carel has worked 15 years at Fokker B.V., aircraft industries, in different quality functions at engineering and production.

At Movares Nederland B.V, the eighth Engineering Office of the Netherlands, he started as quality employee and extended his career to become quality and sustainability advisor for the whole organization.

Movares is specialized in design and construct for infrastructure, mobility, transportation systems, water and energy.
